This applies exclusively to items that are expressly marked on the relevant product detail page with a corresponding note: 60-day right of return or 60-day test period.
For all products not marked accordingly, only the statutory right of cancellation of 14 days applies.

10. Information on the Packaging Ordinance, Battery Act, Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act, Waste Oil Ordinance, etc.

a) The seller is a participant in the Dual System in Germany (DSD). The sales packaging sent can be disposed of via the dual system, for example via public return points such as waste paper and used glass containers or, depending on the material, in the designated collection containers (“Yellow Sack” and/or “Yellow/Blue Bin”).

b) The scope of delivery of some items includes batteries or rechargeable batteries. Batteries or rechargeable batteries may also be permanently installed in the devices themselves. As the end customer, the buyer is legally obliged to return batteries and rechargeable batteries. After use, the buyer can return them to the point of sale, to a municipal collection point or by post to us. Batteries containing harmful substances are marked with a symbol consisting of a crossed-out waste bin and the chemical symbol (Cd, Hg or Pb) of the heavy metal decisive for classification as containing harmful substances.

c) The following special provisions apply to vehicle batteries: distributors who supply vehicle batteries to end users are obliged to charge a deposit of €7.50 including VAT per vehicle battery if, at the time of purchasing a new vehicle battery, the end user does not return an old vehicle battery. You can return old vehicle batteries to us free of charge. When purchasing a vehicle battery without returning an old vehicle battery, the customer receives a deposit token for the statutory deposit amount.

d) Manufacturers and distributors are obliged to take back old devices in accordance with the Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act. For electrical and electronic equipment placed on the market after 23/11/2005, manufacturers are obliged to provide symbolic labelling (crossed-out wheeled waste bin).

e) Pursuant to the Waste Oil Ordinance, we are obliged to take back the following used oils free of charge: combustion engine oils, gear oils, oil filters and oily waste regularly arising during oil changes. You can return the used oil to us in the quantity corresponding to the quantity purchased from us. You can hand in the oils there at any time during our opening hours. Alternatively, you can also send the used oil to us, provided you bear the shipping costs. Please note that special transport conditions may apply to waste oil.

11. Information on taxes / customs duties

Deliveries to a delivery address outside the VAT territory of the European Union are calculated without German VAT, provided the statutory requirements for a tax-free export delivery are met and the required export certificate is available.
For deliveries to countries or territories outside the VAT territory of the European Union, import VAT, customs duties, handling fees or other charges may arise in the destination country. These are collected by the competent authorities or the commissioned shipping service provider and are to be borne by the recipient.
The amount and type of any import charges incurred depend on the statutory provisions of the respective destination country and are not part of the prices and shipping costs calculated by us.
