No jamming, no spacer sleeves falling out – the professional solution for rear wheel changes

Experience shows that the original spacer sleeves easily fall out of their seat when the rear wheel is removed. When the wheel is reinstalled, for example after a tyre change, the standard sleeves tend to jam, making installation usually very fiddly and testing your patience. The wheel spacer sleeves we developed are inserted with a positive fit into the radial shaft seal of the chain sprocket carrier in place of the standard sleeves. Thanks to their design, they are then fixed in position and reliably prevented from falling out during wheel changes. The spacer sleeves are also generously and flatly chamfered, making insertion and installation of the wheel noticeably easier and quicker. Originally developed for racing, they have proven very helpful in significantly reducing pit downtime when the wheel has to be removed. We regularly use the proven TRACKDAY sleeves on our racing and off-road machines in sports operation. We manufacture the wheel spacer sleeves from high-quality aluminium and anodise them in blue.
