High-performance cartridge set of the latest generation, designed as an upgrade or replacement for the original suspension. Developed to meet the high demands of discerning adventure riders who frequently go off-road, touring riders who regularly travel with heavy loads, and riders who want additional safety reserves. Equipped with a Hydro-Stop – a secondary damping stage that reduces the risk of bottoming out.

The spring rate is individually selected based on your personal riding profile specifications.

• Our cartridge sets are specially developed for each motorcycle model and intended use, offering high performance and impressive reserves.
• The balanced, sensitive damping response of our suspension components ensures neutral, predictable handling, supporting rider confidence and enhancing riding enjoyment.
• The cartridges impress with their excellent, transparent feedback; they optimise tyre contact with the road surface, wheel guidance and directional stability, while reducing tyre wear.
• The rebound and compression damping adjustment with 18 clicks allows precise fine-tuning using the included suspension tool.
• To achieve optimal and sensitive response:
  • the oil channels are generously dimensioned to minimise flow resistance,
  • we use large-diameter pistons (35 mm – the largest on the market),
  • as well as low-friction seals and special shim stacks.
• The cartridge set is equipped with a so-called Hydro-Stop to prevent hard bottoming out, where a second, integrated damping piston creates an additional damping stage at high compression speeds.
• The combination of rebound and compression damping adjustment with the Hydro-Stop reduces the risk of overloading the fork and frame while noticeably improving comfort and safety – not only off-road.
• The closed aluminium cartridge housings ensure thermal stability and system performance through optimal heat dissipation.
• The generously dimensioned oil volume ensures:
  • low and optimal operating temperature of the oil,
  • which not only guarantees stable performance at the highest level,
  • but also extends the service life of both the damper and the oil.
