The discreetly integrated protective cover protects the brake fluid reservoir of the rear brake from mechanical damage and reduces the danger, for example, in the event of a fall or if you get stuck off-road. Even carelessness when climbing up can be enough to damage or even tear off the reservoir, which is only affixed with a screw. Worse than obvious damage, however, is unnoticed damage that can lead to brake fluid loss and, in the worst case, unexpected brake failure. Our solid cover, which we make from a 2 mm thick aluminium sheet and which protects the container all round, also protects against this. The compact, three-dimensionally edged construction further increases component rigidity and resistance. The slanted recesses not only serve the dynamic design of the cover, but they also have a function. This makes it easy to read the brake fluid level despite the protective cover being fitted.
