High-performance cartridge set of the latest generation as an upgrade or replacement for the standard suspension. Developed for the high demands of discerning adventure riders who frequently ride off-road, touring riders who regularly travel with heavy loads, as well as for riders who want additional safety reserves. Equipped with a hydro stop – a secondary damping stage that reduces the risk of bottoming out.

The spring rate is individually selected based on your personal riding profile specifications.

• Damping characteristics
• Our cartridge sets are specifically developed for each motorcycle model and intended use, offering high performance and impressive reserves.
• The balanced and sensitive damping behaviour of our suspension components ensures neutral, predictable handling, supporting the rider’s confidence in the motorcycle – and thus enhancing riding pleasure.
• The cartridges stand out with their excellent, transparent feedback. They optimise tyre-to-road contact, improve wheel guidance and tracking stability, and reduce tyre wear.
• The rebound and compression damping adjustment with 18 clicks allows precise fine-tuning of the damping using the supplied suspension tool.
• To achieve optimal and sensitive response characteristics:
  • the oil channels are generously dimensioned to minimise oil flow resistance,
  • we use large-diameter pistons (35 mm – the largest on the market),
  • as well as low-friction seals and special shim stacks.
• The cartridge set is equipped with a so-called hydro stop against hard bottoming out, where a secondary, integrated damping piston creates an additional damping stage at high compression speeds.
• The combination of rebound and compression damping adjustment options together with the hydro stop reduces the risk of overloading the fork and the frame, while simultaneously improving comfort and safety – not only off-road.
• The closed aluminium cartridge housings ensure the system’s thermal stability and performance through optimal heat dissipation.
• The generously dimensioned oil volume ensures:
  • a low and optimal operating temperature of the oil,
  • which not only ensures stable performance at the highest level,
  • but also extends the service life of both the damper and the oil.
