High-performance shock absorber of the latest generation as an upgrade or replacement for the standard suspension. Developed for the high demands of discerning adventure riders who frequently ride off-road, touring riders who regularly travel with heavy loads, as well as for riders who want extra safety reserves. With PDS bottoming-out protection system and hydraulic spring preload adjustment (HPA).

The spring rate is individually selected based on your personal riding profile specifications.

• Damping characteristics
• Our shock absorbers are specifically developed for each motorcycle model and intended use, offering high performance and impressive reserves.
• The balanced and sensitive damping behaviour of our suspension components ensures neutral, predictable handling, supporting the rider’s confidence in the motorcycle – and thus enhancing riding pleasure.
• The shock absorbers stand out thanks to their excellent and transparent feedback. They optimise the tyre’s contact with the road surface, improve wheel guidance and tracking stability, and reduce tyre wear.
• Individual damping adjustment: the premium-quality shock absorber features separate high- and low-speed compression damping adjustment. This means the damping can be fine-tuned according to the compression speed (i.e. the speed at which the damping piston moves during compression).
• The rebound damping adjustment with 18 clicks allows precise fine-tuning of the damping using the suspension tool.
• The shock absorber is equipped with a so-called PDS system, which reduces the risk of bottoming-out and the resulting stress caused by hard impacts under extreme conditions.
• The PDS system and the wide range of individual adjustment options for rebound and compression damping meet the highest demands of adventure and touring riders. They noticeably increase comfort and safety and can help reduce stress on the frame.
• To achieve optimal and sensitive response characteristics:
  • the oil channels are generously dimensioned to minimise flow resistance,
  • we use large-diameter pistons (46 mm),
  • as well as low-friction seals and special shim stacks.
• These closed shock absorbers feature an external, forged aluminium reservoir that supports the system’s thermal stability and performance through optimal heat dissipation.
• The large oil volume and generous cooling surface ensure:
  • an ideal, low operating temperature of the oil,
  • which not only leads to stable performance at the highest level,
  • but also to a longer service life of both the damper and the oil.

• Spring characteristics and preload
• Hydraulic spring preload: the shock absorber is equipped with a sealed, extremely robust hydraulic preload adjustment. The preload is conveniently set via an easily accessible handwheel. The robust adjustment mechanism withstands the harshest conditions.
• The wide adjustment range compensates for a broad spectrum of load conditions.
