High-performance cartridge set of the latest generation, designed as an upgrade or replacement for the standard suspension. Developed to meet the high demands of discerning adventure riders who frequently venture off-road, touring riders who regularly travel with heavy loads, as well as riders seeking an additional level of safety. Equipped with a Hydro-Stop system, a secondary damping stage that reduces the risk of bottoming out.

The spring rate is individually selected according to your personal riding profile specifications.

• Our cartridge sets are specially developed for each motorcycle model and its intended use, offering high performance and impressive reserves
• The balanced, sensitive damping behaviour of our suspension components ensures neutral, predictable handling, strengthening the rider’s confidence and enhancing riding enjoyment
• The cartridges impress with their excellent feedback, optimising tyre-to-road contact, wheel guidance, and directional stability while reducing tyre wear
• The 18-click compression and rebound adjustment allows precise and individual fine-tuning of the damping using the supplied suspension tool
• To achieve an optimal, sensitive response,
  • the oil channels are generously dimensioned to minimise oil flow resistance,
  • we use large-diameter pistons (35 mm – the largest on the market),
  • as well as low-friction seals and special shim stacks
• The cartridge set is equipped with a so-called Hydro-Stop system to prevent harsh bottoming out: a second, integrated damping piston forms an additional damping stage at high compression speeds
• The combination of rebound and compression damping options, together with the Hydro-Stop, reduces the risk of overloading the fork and frame while noticeably increasing comfort and safety – both on and off the road
• The closed aluminium cartridge housings ensure thermal stability and consistent system performance through optimal heat dissipation
• The generously sized oil volume provides
  • an optimally low working temperature for the oil,
  • a consistently high level of damping performance,
  • and an extended service life for both the damper and the oil
