Latest-generation high-performance cartridge set as an upgrade or replacement for the standard suspension. Developed for the high demands of ambitious adventure riders who frequently ride off-road, touring riders who regularly travel with heavy loads, as well as riders seeking additional safety reserves. Featuring Hydro Stop, a second damping stage that reduces the risk of bottoming out.

We individually select the spring rate based on your personal riding profile specifications.

• Our cartridge sets are developed specifically for each vehicle and intended use, offering high performance and impressive reserves
• The balanced, sensitive damping behaviour of our suspension components ensures neutral, predictable handling and strengthens confidence in the motorcycle, thereby enhancing riding enjoyment
• The cartridges impress with excellent, transparent feedback; they optimise tyre contact with the road, wheel guidance and directional stability while reducing tyre wear
• Rebound and compression adjustment with 18 clicks allows precise individual fine-tuning of the damping using the suspension tool
• To achieve optimal, sensitive response behaviour,
  • the oil channels are generously dimensioned to minimise oil flow resistance
  • we use large-diameter pistons (35 mm pistons – the largest on the market)
  • as well as low-friction seals and special shim stacks
• The cartridge set is equipped with a so-called Hydro Stop to prevent harsh bottoming out, in which a second integrated damping piston forms an additional damping stage at high compression speeds
• The rebound and compression adjustment options in combination with the Hydro Stop reduce the risk of overloading the fork and frame while simultaneously increasing comfort and safety – not only off-road
• The closed aluminium cartridge housings support thermal stability and system performance through optimal heat dissipation
• The generously dimensioned oil volume ensures
  • a low, optimal operating oil temperature,
  • which not only results in stable top-level performance,
  • but also extends the service life of the damper and the oil
