Electronically controlled and regulated high-performance shock absorber of the latest generation as an upgrade or replacement for the stock suspension. Developed to meet the highest demands of discerning adventure and touring riders, as well as those who seek extra safety reserves. Includes electric preload adjustment (EPA).

The exceptional performance of this shock absorber is impressive. It connects to the motorcycle electronically via plug & play without any further adjustments. The selection and adjustment of the desired riding mode are conveniently handled as usual via the handlebar controls.
We individually select the spring rate based on your personal rider profile specifications.

  • Compared to stock suspension, the DDA valve offers a broader adjustment range and reacts significantly faster – within 6–10 milliseconds
• Individual damping adjustment: The high-quality shock absorber features both high- and low-speed compression adjustment – the damping level can be adjusted depending on the compression speed (i.e. the speed of the piston movement during compression)
• The DDA valve and the wide range of adjustment options meet the highest standards of sport and touring riders. They significantly improve comfort and safety while reducing frame stress
• To achieve optimal and sensitive responsiveness,
  • the oil channels are generously sized to minimise flow resistance
  • we use large-diameter pistons (46 mm)
  • as well as low-friction seals and special shim stacks
• These closed shock absorbers include an external forged aluminium reservoir that supports thermal stability and system performance through optimal heat dissipation

• Electric preload: The shock absorber features a sealed, extremely robust stepper motor for preload adjustment. Unlike many OEM electronic dampers, this motor is optimally protected inside the damper against water and dirt. The robust mechanism withstands even the toughest conditions

Compatibility note

For all Euro 5 models, the original shock splash guard cannot be reused in combination with the Wunderlich Suspension by TracTive shock absorber. Please order the splash guard set from your BMW dealer (OEM BMW part no. 33548532478).
